Throughout the years I always kept a camera in hand and would jump at any opportunity to use it. As a photographer, it means so much when people ask you to share your work with them and I literally wake up everyday feeling thankful I found something that really doesn't feel like work to me.
For me, it will always be about the bigger picture and the legacy that beautiful and intentional documentation can help us cherish. I'm here to do that with love, for you.

I am a full time documentary wedding photographer based in a tiny farm town in Mid-Coast Maine with my soon to be husband Ben, and our two black cats.
When I’m not photographing you can find me camping with my besties, canoeing in the beautiful Maine rivers, enjoying live music, or cozy at home cooking up some bone broth and an easy crock pot meal.
When I tell you that this is my DREAM JOB - I mean it.
My love for photography started at a very young age as a warmth that it brought me to see photos of my loved ones, pets, or places that meant a lot to me. When I went to school, I had a photo of my family that I kept in my bag. In high school I participated in photo classes and clubs and did shoots with my friends.

During our journey together, we meet over zoom to chat about your vision, coverage timeline, your story, key people in your wedding party, and answer all of your questions throughout the process. The intention is that I go into your wedding day with such a well painted picture of the moving parts that I can flow with those and simultaneously be wide eyed for all of the beautifully unexpected moments.

From the moment I first met with Jess I knew she would end up being the perfect fit for our day. She is thoughtful and has an overall calming presence which was huge the day of. Not only that, but Jess truly takes the time to get to know your vision, and to capture the moments that made our day special. The focus was on capturing the feelings and emotions of the day instead of focusing on “creating a moment”. When we received our photos, I truly couldn’t stop crying tears of joy. I’m not sure how we are going to pick which to hang in our home because there are so many PERFECT shots. Going back I would hire Jess 1000 more times, and plan on reaching out for future anniversary photos because we love her!
